Qualifications for** Safety Coordinator**
- Experience in environmental, health and safety or compliance in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to analyze data and programs to understand opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking to all levels of the organization
- Ability to work as a member of a team and develop relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to climb stairs
- A bachelors degree in a relative field is preferred but experience will also be considered
Responsibilities for** Safety Coordinator**
- Data entry for compliance tracking
- Accident and incident investigation and reporting
- Preparation for audits and inspections
- Implement processes and procedures to continuously improve safety metrics
- Provide presentations and training for relative topics
- Scanning, saving, maintaining records
- Manage safety procedures and documents
