Job Summary:

Avir Vista is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our family! As an RN Weekend Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring and providing quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide leadership to staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Manage multiple priorities and work independently to achieve goals
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
• Ensure knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Current RN license is in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
