Duties:
- Accurate Verification:Verify merchandise against manifests for shipments received or shipped.
- Detailed Record-Keeping:Meticulously tally shipments, record overages, shortages, and damages.
- RF Scanner Utilization:Utilize RF scanners to confirm product accuracy.
- Efficient Loading & Unloading:Employ dollies and motorized equipment to load and unload furniture of varying sizes.
- Effective Communication:Report merchandise-related issues during storage, picking, or delivery.
- Document Management:Utilize computer-generated tickets and manual move tickets for proper merchandise movement.
- Label Generation:Assist in creating put away, picking, and shipping labels.
- Facility Maintenance:Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal and general housekeeping.
What we look for:
- Warehouse Experience:2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Educational Requirement:High school diploma or GED is required.
- Physical Capability:Ability to stand, sit, twist, bend, and lift-up to 50lbs.
- Loss Prevention Awareness:Maintain awareness of loss prevention measures.
- Attention to Detail:Exhibit a keen eye for detail in all tasks.
- Communication Skills:Basic English proficiency for effective communication.
- Background: Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
