LOOKING FOR TOP TIER A LEVEL TEAM MEMBERS

We’re looking for an experienced bathroom specialist who takes pride in their work and wants to join the family we have at R&D. If you’re trustworthy, dependable, and ready to build a future with a team that takes care of its people, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Run bathroom remodeling jobs and coordinate with helpers and other trades.
• Handle surface preparation, backer board, waterproofing, and shower and floor preparation.
• Plan layouts and install wall, floor, and shower tile with attention to detail.
• Complete grouting, caulking, sealing, and finishing work.
• Keep jobs moving, communicate material needs, and solve problems as they come up.
• Keep the jobsite clean and treat our customers’ homes with care.

Experience with basic plumbing connections, setting tubs, and installing vanities is a huge plus.

Someone with solid bathroom remodeling and tiling experience who can work independently and take ownership of their jobs. We value honesty, loyalty, clear communication, and the ability to figure things out while knowing when to ask for help.
