Insurance Sales Representative

The Michael Whalen Insurance Agency is a fast-growing Farmers Insurance agency looking for an experienced, licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is ready to step in and make an immediate impact.

This is not a role for someone who wants to spend months learning the basics. We are looking for someone who already understands insurance, knows how to work with customers, and is ready to hit the ground running in a high-energy, growth-focused agency.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound leads, customer inquiries, and new business opportunities
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance products
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up consistently with prospects and opportunities
• Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage your pipeline and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Work toward individual and agency production goals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from quote through policy issuance and beyond
• Contribute to the continued growth of a rapidly expanding agency

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property Casualty insurance license required
• Previous insurance sales experience required
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance
• Proven ability to quote, close, and retain business
• Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with customers
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Someone who takes initiative and does not need to be constantly told what to do
