We’re seeking an Automation Developer to design, build, and optimize automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve business outcomes. This role focuses on developing secure, scalable applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, RPA technologies, API integrations, and emerging AI capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-governed solutions that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance automation workflows and business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, and related technologies.
  • Integrate APIs, AI services, and other modern technologies to improve process efficiency and user experience.
  • Implement secure solutions that protect data, credentials, and system interactions while meeting compliance and governance standards.
  • Follow established development practices for solution design, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Create technical designs, development plans, and implementation approaches for approved initiatives.
  • Lead and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions perform as expected.
  • Monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, and resolve automation failures to maintain system reliability and performance.
  • Maintain documentation, approvals, and audit-ready records to support change management, compliance, and software development lifecycle requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable hands-on experience in software development or automation engineering.

• Experience delivering development, automation, or RPA solutions in a business environment.

• Demonstrated experience working with APIs, data integrations, and secure credential management practices.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, source control tools such as GitHub, and related automation technologies.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or services used to enhance workflow automation is preferred.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

• Experience operating in regulated environments with disciplined change management, validation, and documentation practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
