Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12s or 4x12s
Weekend: Every Other Weekend
On-Call: None
License: Active Michigan RN License Required
Certifications: BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA)
Required Experience: 3+ Years of ER Experience
Required Certification: TNCC or ENPC
Dress Code: Navy Blue

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced acute-care environment. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and educational assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and identify changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications and treatments according to hospital policies.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care and education.
• Maintain professional standards and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support quality patient care and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of Emergency Room experience – Required
• TNCC or ENPC – Required
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• Active Michigan RN License at the time of submission.
• Must be available for every other weekend.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts.
