The Range in McKinney is looking for a customer-focused Retail Counter Associate to join our team on weekends! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the retail counter with a friendly and professional attitude
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Answer customer questions about products, services, and policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter and retail area
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Support inventory management, including restocking and merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
Requirements:
- Previous retail, customer service, or counter sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable availability on weekends (Fri, Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to operate a cash register or POS system accurately
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to say "No" when needed.
