Instrument Operator / Rodman
We are seeking a reliable Instrument Operator / Rodman, with entry level to moderate experience in land surveying, to join our land-surveying field crew. Working under the direction of a Party Chief, the successful candidate will assist in collecting accurate field data for boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction-staking, and related surveys throughout Central Texas. This is a hands-on outdoor position with a clear path for advancement to lead instrument duties and, with demonstrated competence, Party Chief.

Physical and Working Conditions
This is a field position performed primarily outdoors year-round. Work involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and carrying equipment over varied terrain. Crews may encounter traffic, construction sites, livestock, and private property. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be required and supplied by the company. Rare downtime may involve light office work and equipment maintenance.
