Flatbed Driver

Reputable high end auto shipping company located in Berwyn, PA is looking to hire a driver for our enclosed flatbed truck to do local and occasional long distance runs.

Requirements :

At least 25+ years old.

3+ years experience but willing to train the right individual only if you are cut out for this type of work. If you do not like driving or don’t like cars, then this is not for you.

Posses a CDL (New insurance requirements)
Clean, driving record. No DUIs or any drug related offenses, nor any criminal history.

Must posses a professional demeanor and the ability to problem solve self willingly.

If you are not a car guy this might not be the job for you.

Duties: Picking up and dropping off various cars to and from various locations safely and professionally and on time.

Communicating with clients from the start of the trip to finish.

Ensuring vehicles are loaded and unloaded safely and damage free.

Performing a walk around Inspection and marking all imperfections on bill of lading.

Maintaining the truck. Meaning making sure our equipment is up-to-date on oil changes, tires, and anything else maintenance related. You will be driving this truck so it is your responsibility to let us know when it’s due for maintenance.

Performing a pre trip inspection and post trip inspection every working single day.

Making sure truck is clean. We have our own Detail facility on site that is available for you to utilize.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Pay is based on experience.
Starting pay $22 an hour + bonuses for hard-working individuals and team players. Your continued efforts will not be overlooked.
