The Vivian Valtas State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to help serve and grow our diverse community. If you enjoy building relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and helping people protect what matters most, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Identify customers' insurance and financial service needs.
- Educate customers on State Farm insurance products and available coverage options.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve sales and service goals.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain any required state insurance licenses (if not already licensed).
