Position Summary
Performs basic receiving, first-piece, in-process and final inspection in accordance with applicable quality system procedures and work instructions. Evaluates materials, components and/or assemblies for conformance to specification requirements or established workmanship standards. Applies basic statistical techniques, including statistical process control and sampling plans, to assess the stability of various processes or reduce collected raw data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education, Training and/or Experience
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
