Who we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our injection molding processes. This is a hands-on role focused on machine set-up, mold changes, process troubleshooting and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines, molds, robots and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform mold, material and color changeovers.
• Monitor and optimize process performance, quality and cycle times.
• Troubleshoot molding defects and support production issue resolution.
• Carry out routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance.
• Support process trials, sampling and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate production and process records.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Tooling teams.
• Follow all safety, quality and environmental procedures.
