What’s a typical day as Data Entry Operator I? You’ll be:
  • Printing and entering information into a system in a repetitive, manual process
  • Reviewing part numbers on invoices and referencing a cheat sheet to apply invoice funds to appropriate accounts
  • Coding invoices as needed and supporting the vendor conversion process going live on October 5th
  • Reporting to a supervisor or team lead and asking questions to ensure accuracy
