Year 1 Potential:$65,000–$85,000+ (Base + Commission upon promotion)

This is a Direct Hire opportunityyou'll join our client’s team as a full-time employee from day one, complete with paid company CDL training, 1-on-1 mentorship, and a fast track to serious earning potential!

What You’ll Do
Train side-by-side with experienced pros servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial washing systems in local restaurants.
Master hands-on trade skills, mechanical diagnostics, and specialized power tools.
Assist with field setup, deliveries, and equipment transport.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3+ years of mechanical, trade, or hands-on repair experience.
Tools & Skills: Comfortable using hand and power tools with a strong troubleshooting mindset.
Requirements: Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record and ability to pass a background check. (Existing CDL is a bonus!)
Physical Capabilities: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active restaurant environments.
Bonus: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus!
