We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Warehouse Operations Associates for multiple local opportunities. We are looking for candidates with experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, production, machine operation, material handling, or related environments.

Important Employment Requirements:
All candidates must be able to pass a federal background check and successfully complete a drug screening. All worksites maintain a drug-free workplace.

What You May Be Doing

Responsibilities will vary depending on the assignment and your experience and may include:

• Loading and unloading trucks and incoming shipments
• Picking and pulling customer orders accurately
• Preparing, staging, and organizing orders for shipment
• Receiving, inspecting, and putting away incoming materials
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment when qualified
• Moving products and materials throughout warehouse and shipping areas
• Operating production or warehouse machinery
• Monitoring equipment and production processes
• Performing basic quality checks
• Maintaining accurate inventory and material placement
• Assisting with shipping and receiving operations
• Performing basic warehouse or facility maintenance
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Following all company and site-specific safety procedures
• Assisting with additional warehouse or production duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

Warehouse, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, forklift, production, or machine operation experience is preferred; however, candidates with a strong work history and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates should be:

• Safety-conscious
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Able to bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required by the assignment
• Willing to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities
• Able to successfully complete required pre-employment screening

Forklift experience is a plus but is not required for every opportunity. Machine operation or manufacturing experience is also highly valuable.
