Location: North Liberty, IN. and Elkhart, IN.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday

Join Our Team as a Maintenance Manager and Lead Critical Operations for a Premier Manufacturing Facility!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for ensuring operational excellence and safety? We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance activities across our North Liberty and Elkhart plants. In this leadership role, you will drive safety protocols, optimize equipment reliability, and lead a dedicated team, all while supporting large-scale capital projects. Required Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities with 3-5 years of team management experience
• Expertise in preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, CMMS, MVP, and blueprint reading
• Solid understanding of PLCs, and electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Excellent communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with project estimation and management
• Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus
• Familiarity with safety principles and risk recognition

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience from technical school combined with relevant work history
• 5-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with a proven track record in leadership

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel minimally between sites as needed
• Relevant certifications in maintenance, safety, or engineering are advantageous
• Accepts constructive feedback and demonstrates strategic planning skills
