What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the while coordinating daily operations.
- Assign work, coach team members, and help train new employees.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and end-of-day balancing.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including daily system operations.
- Coordinate smooth shift transitions between supervisors.
- Assist guests with golf car rentals, storage accounts, payments, and service requests.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Process work orders, parts sales, and department transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
- Promote a positive team environment while providing legendary customer service.
