• Your Mission:

You will be the welcoming face and the steady, competent hands that support our patients and our physician. You will ensure that every touchpointfrom scheduling to clinical supportis seamless, warm, and exceeds expectations.

• What We Need You to Do:

* Provide exceptional clinical support (vitals, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, injections, etc.) with a calm, precise demeanor.

* Manage the patient flow with grace and efficiency in our low-volume, high-touch setting.

* Serve as a primary point of contact, handling patient communication with discretion and professionalism.

* Maintain impeccable EHR documentation and clinic organization. We do use

e-Clinical Works so prior knowledge is a PLUS.

* Embrace the concierge model: anticipate needs, maintain strict confidentiality, and take ownership of the patient experience.
