Servers and Hostess

Our brand-new steakhouse, located on Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino, CA, is looking for talented Servers and Hostesses to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to every guest.

As a Server, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing attentive and friendly table service to ensure guests have a fantastic dining experience.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
• Answering questions about the menu and making recommendations when needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

As a Hostess, you'll be the first friendly face our guests see! Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Assisting with guest inquiries and maintaining a smooth flow in the dining area.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (restaurant, hospitality, or customer service).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.
