What the job requires

• Lead client communication
• Manage schedules and budgets
• Run structured budget meetings
• Oversee change orders

You will spend time in the field where standards are enforced, however you're not site superintendent. You will be working with a Site Manager.

Your background

• 8+ years in custom residential construction
• Strong understanding of building science
• Experience managing high end luxury budgets and schedules
• Tech Savvy
