LPN

Johnsons Riverside, Inc is seeking a full time LPN! Duties include but not limited to: Scheduling and assisting with Persons Served medical appointments, medication administration training, medication ordering/exchange and destruction, admissions, and documentation. The facility nurse is responsible for direct and indirect total nursing care of the persons served. He or she must have knowledge of the persons served conditions at all times and provide nursing care according to the physician's orders and in conformance with recognized techniques, procedures, established standards and administrative policies.

Potential to be able to be take an on-call rotation week.
