As a Barista at Native Fields LLC, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great cup of coffee. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and answering questions about our menu.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient workflow.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
• A strong passion for coffee and an eagerness to share your knowledge with customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
