This early-career Electrical Engineering - Power role supports the design, analysis, implementation, commissioning, and protection & control of power systems for industrial facilities, commercial projects, and generation, transmission, and distribution (T&D) infrastructure. Work is performed under the guidance of a Senior Electrical Engineer.
Project Management Responsibilities Support project execution under senior engineer direction. Responsibilities include travel to and work at remote sites (domestic and international travel required).
Engineering ResponsibilitiesPerform engineering design, development, and implementation of power system solutions, including software, hardware, and system integration, under the guidance of a senior engineer. Key activities include:
Minimum Requirements
EducationBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred. Equivalent degree and/or relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
Physical Demands of PositionSeeing, color perception, hearing, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving, lifting, climbing, ability to travel distances, ability to mount and dismount equipment, as well as pushing and pulling.
Working Environment Standard office environment, on-site office environment, diverse industrial, power generating plants, switchyards, indoor & outdoor power utility environments, frequent PC and specialty equipment usage, fax machines, copy machines, phones, trailer environment with constant people interactions.

The expected salary range is $70,000 to $105,000 base per year depending on qualifications plus a discretionary bonus and employee stock program.
