Position: Floater

Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
- Provide coverage for teachers during breaks and absences
- Help supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing environment
- Assist with meals, snacks, diapering, toileting, and other daily care as needed
- Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classrooms
- Follow all center policies and childcare safety procedures
- Work cooperatively with teachers, staff, children, and families
- Be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed
