As a Cook/Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ events run smoothly by preparing and presenting high-quality meals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to event menus and client specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest standards.
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely meal preparation.
• Adapting to the unique needs of each event, whether it’s a small meeting or a large-scale production.

We’re seeking a talented culinary professional who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a cook or prep cook role.
• A strong understanding of food preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with others.
