What you'll do
- Build and maintain a network of carrier partners who pick up when you call
- Negotiate rates using market data and shipment history, not guesswork
- Flag problems early and keep the right people across departments in the loop
- Track shipments and give customers accurate, real-time status updates

What you'll need
- 2+ years in third-party logistics
- Hands-on trucking experience, this is a requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office and picking up new systems
- Full professional fluency in English
