ProjectLead– TADSS Support Operations

Position Summary:

OST is seeking a Project Lead – TADSS Support Operations to support Army Aviation training activities at Fort Rucker, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong U.S. Army Aviation background, knowledge of the Fort Rucker/USAACE training environment, and experience supporting aviation instruction and simulation-based training.

Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position:

  • Lead and coordinate TADSS andaviationtraining support activities at Fort Rucker.
  • Support day-to-day execution, scheduling, and coordination ofaviationtraining requirements.
  • Work closely with Army customers, instructors, technical teams, and contractor personnel.
  • Supportaviationinstruction and training involving UH-60 Black Hawk, CH-47 Chinook, and/or AH-64 Apache platforms.
  • Coordinate simulator/TADSS resources and help resolve issues impacting training execution.

Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):

  • Strong U.S. ArmyAviationbackground.
  • Experience in Armyaviationinstruction, flight training, oraviationtraining support.
  • Experience with UH-60, CH-47, and/or AH-64 aircraft.
  • Familiarity with TADSS, flight simulators, or simulation-basedaviationtraining.
  • Knowledge of the Fort Rucker/USAACE environment strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Army Aviator, Instructor Pilot,AviationInstructor, or ArmyAviationtraining professional highly desired.
  • Experience with Flight School XXI (FSXXI) or FSTSS is a plus.
  • Strongleadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • S. Citizenship required.
  • Active Secret Clearance
