Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative

Clearfield Veterinary Clinic, located in Clearfield, UT, is looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry friends. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls as needed.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the clinic operates smoothly.
• Communicating with clients about their pets’ needs and providing a positive experience.

We’re searching for someone who brings a combination of customer service skills and a love for animals. Here’s what we’d like to see:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role (veterinary experience is a plus!).
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Personality: A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping both people and pets.
• Technical Abilities: Familiarity with basic computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
