Material Handler (Apartments)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving: Using company truck to deliver materials needed to apartment units and carrying out/disposing of old materials

• Loading and Unloading: Receiving incoming shipments, verifying, and storing materials

• Inventory Control: Keeping track of inventory

• Site Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized area

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License

• Be able to lift heavy materials
