We are seeking an Over-the-road Driver for a large manufacturer in Toccoa, GA.
Qualifications
- ValidClass A CDLrequired.
- Air Brake endorsement required.
- Previous Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience preferred.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements.
- Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers in various weather and road conditions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Pallet jack experience or certification.
- Experience using electronic logging devices (ELDs).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Frequent walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and securing freight.
