We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join a team supporting the construction and buildout of a major data center project in Bridgeport, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in low-voltage telecommunications, fiber optics, and data center infrastructure.

No extensive experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the reliability to be part of a fast-growing industry. Training and hands-on experience will be provided while working alongside experienced technicians.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with pulling and routing fiber optic and network cabling throughout the facility
  • Support cable installation activities in a data center construction environment
  • Organize, dress, and manage fiber optic cables
  • Follow installation standards and safety procedures
  • Work as part of a team to support project milestones and deadlines
  • Learn industry best practices for cabling, connectivity, and infrastructure installation
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Basic construction or installation experience preferred
  • Exposure to Cat5 or Cat6 cabling is a plus
  • Interest in low-voltage systems, telecommunications, or technology infrastructure
  • Fiber optic experience is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and positive attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeport, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
