Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
Pharm.D. preferred.
Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency preferred.
BPS certification preferred. Current BLS.
At least one of the following required: Pharm.D. from ACPE-Accredited School of Pharmacy, ASHP-Accredited residency, Certification from BPS or as a Certified Geriatric
At least 2 years experience in healthcare system pharmacy environment preferred.
