Job Title: Machine Operator / Utility Operator / Extrusion Operator
Job Description
This role supports the production of highquality medical extrusion products by operating and assisting with manufacturing equipment on the production floor. You will work hands-on with machines and tools, support extrusion operations, and perform detailed documentation to help deliver life-saving polymeric solutions for medical devices. The position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with their hands and want long-term growth in a clean, stable, and innovative manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
Work takes place on a clean manufacturing floor within a smaller, well-maintained facility focused on medical extrusion products. You will work closely with extrusion operators and the maintenance team, using hand tools and production equipment in a collaborative environment. The company operates multiple structured shifts: A Shift (Utility Operator) runs Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday on the day shift from 5:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; B Shift (Utility Operator) runs Thursday, Friday, and Saturday on the day shift from 5:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; C Shift (Utility Operator) runs Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday on the night shift from 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. with a shift differential; D Shift (Extrusion Operator) runs Thursday, Friday, and Saturday on the night shift from 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. with a higher shift differential. Team members work 36 hours per week and are paid for 40 hours, reflecting a compressed schedule. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Putnam, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
