We are looking for a Patient Tranportation Driver to drive patients to appointments, Pick up from hospital discharge and other outings- hours may change based on appointments

Qualification:

• Clean driving record in the state of WI

• Wisconsin driver's license in good standings

• Preferredexperence driving a van

• CPR Certification preferred but notrequired to obtain job
