Join our downtown Sioux Falls hotel team as a Front Desk Agent and be the person who sets the tone for every guest's stay. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a role where no two shifts are exactly the same. You'll have the freedom to solve problems, create memorable moments, and make guests feel genuinely cared for. No hotel experience? That's okay. We'll teach you the hotel sidewe're looking for someone with the right attitude, reliability and passion for helping people.

Front Desk Agent Shift: Availability for Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm

What we're looking for

• Friendly, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Able to stay calm and solution-oriented when problems arise
• Comfortable with learning hotel technology and reservation systems
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Previous customer service experience is helpful, but hotel experience is not required
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
