Aviation Materials Inspector
Location:North Carolina Facility- Garner,NC
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour

Job Summary:
Join our team as an Aviation Materials Inspector, responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and airworthiness of aviation parts during aircraft disassembly, inventory management, and trading operations. You will inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials, verify FAA/EASA/CAAC compliance, maintain traceability records, and support overall quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect aviation components at various stages (disassembly, receipt, pre-shipment)
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Identify and resolve non-conformances
  • Use and maintain inspection tools and equipment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation materials inspection
  • Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA/CAAC regulations
  • Skilled with precision tools and interpreting technical documents
  • Attention to detail and clear communication skills
  • Able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license; local travel may be required

Preferred:

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or other aviation inspection certification
  • Experience with aircraft disassembly and aviation asset management
