Compensation:

$17 - $22 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Collaborate with painters to understand project requirements and deliver on time, maintaining our high standards.
  • Inspect prepped vehicles for imperfections, ensuring all surfaces are ready for the next stage of refinishing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist in mixing and matching paint colors to achieve the desired outcome, supporting our commitment to quality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years of auto body paint prepping or painting experience preferred, but will consider applicants with less experience.

  • Driver's License and clean driving record for potential driving and delivery needs.

  • US Work Authorization and ability to pass a background check.

  • Proficiency in using basic painting tools and equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections.
