Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all items are handled with care and prepared for shipment. This role is critical to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and error-free deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve items from inventory based on order lists, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in selecting the correct products.
- Prepare items for shipment by securely packing products into boxes or containers, using protective materials as needed.
- Verify picked and packed items match order specifications (e.g., product type, quantity, and condition).
- Assist with stock organization, restocking shelves, and conducting cycle counts or inventory checks as required.
- Print and apply accurate shipping labels to packages, ensuring compliance with company and carrier guidelines.
- Work closely with shipping teams to ensure all orders are dispatched on time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
•High School Diploma or GED required
•Must be able to pass a drug screening test
•Must have experience working in afast pacedenvironment
•Must be able to work with little to no supervision

The base salary range for this position is $34,320excluding benefits, bonuses, orothercompensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location,andinternalpay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room forfuturesalarygrowth.
