Line Cook

Off Square Brewing, a privately owned brewery with a full-service restaurant and seasonal outdoor patio, is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our small but mighty team. As a Line Cook at Off Square Brewing, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and quality standards.
• Ensuring food is presented beautifully and consistently for every dish.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Assisting in food prep and kitchen organization as needed.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep our kitchen safe and efficient.
• Collaborating with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.

We’re searching for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for great food. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar role.
• A solid understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
