Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Porter to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the property's grounds, common areas, and shared spaces while supporting a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, landscaping, walkways, parking areas, and common spaces.
- Perform basic grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep.
- Remove trash, debris, and other materials from property grounds.
- Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, amenities, and other shared areas.
- Keep the property clean, safe, and presentable.
- Report maintenance, safety, and property issues to management.
- Assist with general cleaning, property upkeep, and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Provide professional and courteous service to residents and team members.
- Support weekend property operations when required.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of apartment, groundskeeping, janitorial, porter, or commercial maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and time-management skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work.
- Availability to work weekends when required.
