In this role, you will operate and maintain various binding and finishing machines, ensuring high-quality output for print advertising, promotional materials, and production documents. Schedule: Rotating 12 hour shifts

Day Shift: 7am-7pm

Night Shift: 7pm-7am

Duties

• Operate and oversee bindery equipment such as paper cutters, folding machines, binding machines, and large-format printers to produce finished printed materials.
• Adjust and fine-tune industrial machinery including flexo presses, screen printing setups, and digital printers to meet specific project requirements.
• Interpret production documents accurately to ensure correct material handling, cutting, binding, and finishing processes are followed.
• Manage quality control by inspecting finished products for color accuracy, print clarity, alignment, and overall finish quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of color management techniques
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, adjust, and maintain industrial printing equipment
• Experience in paper binding methods
• Experience with cutting tools and processes to accurately trim or shape printed materials.
• Familiarity with layout design principles
• Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a manufacturing setting.
