Escobedo Insurance Agency is looking for a driven, sales-minded professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Sales Producer. No insurance experience required we're looking for people who know how to sell and want to be rewarded for it. If you have a background in sales and a track record of hitting goals, we'll provide the product training, licensing support, and systems to help you build a high-earning career in insurance.
Call and contact prospective clients.
Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Sales experience required. We're looking for proven performers who compete to win
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Coachable, but hungry enough to push yourself without being told to
Willingness to obtain Property Casualty license
