Service Advisors are key players in developing positive customer relationships & to promotesales through communication of immediate & future needs found based on the inspections performed. We aim to provide a superior experience to customers through professional communication & follow up on their repair status & charges.

Qualifications
The Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer position requires previous experience, world class customer service, sales abilities&excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
As an JLMC Service Advisor, you'll work in a fast-paced and specialized service environment, responsible for creating a positive guest experience, educating guests on automotive services & repairs, customer retention, &providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing guests with detailed service recommendations based on manufacturer and industry standards, assisting with technical & service questions as well as to obtain theguests authorizations toperformed additional services & repairs. Service advisors must be knowledgeable of Jiffy Lube products & services to answer questions & to communicate any special circumstances that may impact their overall satisfaction. All staff must complete therequired training courses for safety, brand standards, & service proceduresthrough Jiffy Lube University. Service Advisors are also responsible for keeping the store clean, safe and presentable.

Requirements

· Automotive service advisor experience required (at least 1 year)

· Experience with All Data or a similarautomotive repairsystem is a plus

· Excellent communication skills (written & oral)

· Must have a positive attitude with astrong work ethic

· Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds

· Must be able to push, pull, lift, and bend at the knees and waist

· Have a valid drivers license & be authorized to work in the US

Education

· High School Diploma or GED
