Pay: $66,000 per year with the opportunity to make more with our bonus structure!

Bottom-line Bonus: 10% Bottom-line bonus

Performance Bonus: Up to $3,000 per year

Slim Chickens Fargo is hiring an experienced Operating Partner to lead a high-volume restaurant team and drive daily performance. This role is ideal for a proven food service leader who wants more influence, stronger earning potential, and the chance to be rewarded for bottom-line results. You will lead staffing, service, cleanliness, food quality, sales, cost control, team development, and overall restaurant execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, service, cleanliness, and food quality
• Lead and coach team members while building a positive, service-focused culture
• Manage inventory, control costs, and support sales growth
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and maintain high hospitality standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations

• Prior Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Kitchen Manager, or Multi-unit experience in food service required
