As a Floral Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing a variety of floral arrangements, including everyday bouquets, sympathy arrangements, wedding and event florals, and custom pieces based on customer requests or inspiration photos.
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
• Collaborating with the team to execute large-scale events and weddings.
• Managing time effectively to meet deadlines, especially during busy seasons like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, prom, and wedding season.
• Working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

We’re seeking a candidate who is:

• Creative and Passionate: You have a genuine love for floral design and an eye for detail.
• Experienced: A minimum of 3 years of floral design experience is required.
• Dependable: You’re reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Customer-Focused: You excel at providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.
• Flexible: Weekend and holiday availability is required, especially during peak seasons.
• Team-Oriented: You can collaborate effectively while also working independently when needed.
