Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Tech to join our team in Orland Park, IL. This role involves providing on-site vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs to ensure our customers receive top-quality service in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform mobile vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service needs and outcomes
- Maintain accurate service records and report on work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage tools and inventory required for mobile service operations
- Duties also include driving and maintaining company provided mobile service van.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably in mobile service
- Post High School automotive schooling.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
