Step into a 12-hour rhythm where precision meets momentum. Our teams run a 2-2-3 rotation with two day options: 6:00 am–6:00 pm or 6:00 pm–6:00 am. Built-in overtime, predictable days off, and a night differential of $1.25/hr keep work and life in balance.
What the shift feels like
- Start-up: Review the plan, verify specs, and walk the line to ensure every step aligns with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Setup: Prepare and dial-in equipment for the production run so machines perform safely and efficiently.
- Execution: Operate and tend packaging systems while monitoring performance through the HMI (Sigmatek).
- Optimization: Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste, improve flow, and keep quality consistent.
- Problem-solving: Team up to troubleshoot, adjust, and get the line back to peak when issues arise.
- Close-out: Housekeeping and safety checksleave the work area clean, organized, and ready for the next team.
What you bring
- Comfort with shop math for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Background in manufacturing (preferred), with basic computer literacy for data input and machine interfaces.
- Hands-on familiarity with packaging machinery and HMI systems.
- A team-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
