Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage orders for spare parts and machinery from start to finish. You’ll keep things running smoothly by staying on top of order status, lead times, and product availability, while working closely with production, inventory, logistics, and shipping. This role is a great fit for someone who is service-minded, organized, and experiencedsomeone who takes ownership, spots issues before they become problems, communicates clearly, and makes sure every order is completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

Order Management

  • Receive, enter, and track customer orders for spare parts and machinery
  • Verify pricing, availability, and accuracy prior to order confirmation
  • Coordinate with production, inventory, logistics, and shipping to support on-time delivery

Customer Support

  • Act as the primary contact for order status, lead times, and product availability
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, service requests, and complaints
  • Provide proactive updates on delays, shortages, and delivery changes

Inventory & Documentation

  • Monitor stock levels and communicate backorders or shortages
  • Maintain accurate order records, shipment details, returns, and customer interactions

Issue Resolution & Collaboration

  • Troubleshoot discrepancies, delays, or product-related concerns
  • Communicate special requirements or technical specifications to internal teams
  • Recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance customer experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service, order processing, or administrative experience
  • Ability to navigate ERP/CRM or inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical product environment
  • Understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory processes
