Your responsibilities:
- Execute the swift, accurate, and high-volume loading and unloading of diverse materials, boxes, and packaged goods from trucks and shipping containers.
- Safely and efficiently utilize manual handling tools and power jacks (pallet jack operator) to organize, stage, and move inventory to ensure optimal dock flow.
- Verify the integrity of inbound and outbound shipments, noting any discrepancies, and ensuring all stacked goods meet strict compliance standards for safe transport and storage.
- Proactively uphold all warehouse safety protocols and strictly follow proper lifting and maneuvering techniques to prevent injury.
- Quickly integrate into various operational teams and adapt to different inventory management methods utilized by our clients.

The Dress Code is very casual inside of the facility. The warehouse is not climate controlled. The weather outside will be reflected inside. You will need to monitor and dress for the weather. I recommend you check the hourly weather report and layer accordingly.
